DASGIP's Benchtop Bioreactor DR series features a stainless steel headplate with 16 industry standard ports, flexible agitation options and two to three Pitched Blade or Rushton impellers. It provides optimal conditions for cell culture as well as microbial applications.
The DASGIP Benchtop Bioreactors DR03 and DR04 each consist of an easy to autoclave glass body and a stainless steel headplate with standardized ports and fittings. Every bioreactor can be equipped with a great choice of instruments to suit individual requirements.

- Working volumes: 0.7 – 2.7 L (DR03) and 0.8 – 3.8 L (DR04)
- Instrumentation: headplate with 16 industry standard ports and access for overhead drive supports pH, DO, OD and temperature sensors, exhaust gas port (optional off-gas condenser), gas supply, liquid addition/removal (media, acid/base, perfusion), level / antifoam control as well as sampling
- Aeration: headspace and / or submerged gassing with dip tube, metal sparger or L-sparger
- Sensor Size: 220 mm or 320 mm
- Stirring speed: 30 - 500 rpm or 100 – 1,400 rpm with overhead drive
- Impeller: Pitched Blade or Rushton Impellers
