Wako's Cytotoxicity Fluoro-Test consists of a simple, 2-step procedure to measure the viability of cells. It is based on a fluorometric assay of cell lysis and screening (FACLS). The test utilizes properties of a fluorescent dye that differentiates between intact cells and damaged cells. The procedure is applicable to adhesive and floating cells. No hazardous wastes are generated by this kit.
