ChemTec Advantage
Interfaces with electronic scales, sensors, valves, and other devices. ChemTec provides pump rate scheduling, user-selectable alarms and real-time data collection capability.

On-board application software automates and documents a range of liquid handling tasks:

Bioreactor: Automated feed/bleed by weight or volume. Linear and exponential
Perfusion: Continuous protein harvesting of mammalian cell culture.
Diafiltration: Electronic scale hook-up for maintaining constant retentate weight/volume.
Preparative Chromatography: Unattended, pressure controlled column loading.
pH Control & Titrations: Automates pH control and titrations in larger-volume reactor applications.

The ChemTec is available with your choice of pump heads: peristaltic, piston & magnetic gear models. Each ChemTec includes the on-board controller, choice of motor size and choice of pump head type. Optional: choice of balance/scale for metering by weight; 6-port rotary valves; pressure sensor for monitoring pressure; printer for data collection; SciDoc for data compilation (Show Link); into Excel spreadsheet/graphs OPC Capability with easy data transfer to your company's internal OPC client/server.

ChemTec Automated Data Collection
The SciDoc Documentation Package, used in conjunction with the ChemTec, displays, calculates compiles, and documents 10 operating parameters; providing you with an instantaneous overview of your metering progress and status. This Excel based application also automatically populates graphs in real time. The ChemTec gives you the information & control you need to optimize your metering for maximized accuracy.
