Applikon Biotechnology Inc. Adds The SensorDish Reader® To Its Growing Lineup Of High-Throughput Cell Culture And Fermentation Technologies

Applikon Biotechnology Inc is pleased to announce the addition of the SensorDish Reader® to its portfolio of upstream, small-scale, high throughput cell culture and fermentation technologies. Designed for use in all types of laboratory incubators, the SensorDish Reader® provides crucial data at the earliest stages of research and process development. SensorDish Readers® non-invasively monitor the online pH or Dissolved Oxygen levels in individual wells of sensor-containing tissue culture plates called SensorDishes®. SensorDishes are available in both 6-well and 24-well formats, and both formats may be used with the single SensorDish Reader hardware. Up to nine additional SensorDish Readers® may be added as extension sets to the first reader without additional software requirements—offering an economical expansion of capacity for up to 240 simultaneously monitored mammalian or microbial cultures.
