Anti-human MIP-3
The lyophilized antibody, though stable at room temperature, is best stored desiccated below –1°C. Reconstituted anti-human MIP-3 should be stored at –20°.
Reconstitute in 100 µl of water for each 100 µg of antibody to obtain a solution of 1mg/ml antibody in PBS. This solution can be diluted into other buffered solutions or stored at –20°C for future use. It is recommended that a range of dilutions be utilized in preliminary experiments to determine optimal concentrations for use of this antibody. Biological activity is Direct ELISA, Western Blot. Usage is for research use only, not for diagnostic or therapeutic procedures.
