Anti-Murine RANTES is produced in rabbits using highly purified recombinant murine RANTES as the immunizing antigen. The resulting antiserum was purified by Protein A chromatography. The product is lyophilized from PBS.
Reconstitute in 100 µl of water for each 100 µg of antibody to obtain a solution of 1mg/ml antibody in PBS. This solution can be diluted into other buffered solutions or stored at -20°C for future use. It is recommended that a range of dilutions be utilized in preliminary experiments to determine optimal concentrations for use of this antibody. Biological activity monitored through Direct ELISA and Western Blot. Usage is for research use only, not for diagnostic or therapeutic procedures.
