Anti-Murine MIP-2
The lyophilized antibody, though stable at room temperature, is best stored desiccated below 0°C. Reconstituted anti-Murine MIP-2 should be stored in working aliquots at -20°C.
Reconstitute in 100 µl of water for each 100 µg of antibody to obtain a solution of 1 mg/ml antibody in PBS. This solution can be diluted into other buffered solutions or stored at -200C for future use. It is recommended that a range of dilutions be utilized in preliminary experiments to determine optimal concentrations for use of this antibody. Biological activity is Western Blot and Direct ELISA. Usage is for research use only, not for use in diagnostic or therapeutic procedures.
