The Mini-Spin column is a prepackaged centrifugal desalting unit. Each unit consists of a pre-hydrated, prepackaged column of Sephadex G25 or G50 fine suspended in a 2 ml microcentrifuge tube for collecting the void volume; a 1.5 ml microcentrifuge tube for collecting the purified sample; and a cap for the 1.5 ml tube, to be used for sample storage. These parts are packaged together in a 20 ml carrying tube.
