ABgene is pleased to announce the introduction of its R^everse-iT^ONE-STEP system into the US marketplace. This unique kit combines a Reverse Transcriptase blend and ABgene's Thermoprime Plus DNA Polymerase to provide an ultra-sensitive, reproducible, and versatile system for the detection and analysis of RNA. In fact, as little as 100 femtograms of RNA is necessary to drive first-strand cDNA synthesis. This one-step kit minimizes pipetting errors and reduces the risk of contamination. The blend also exhibits superior dynamic range and temperature stability, working effectively between 42º C and 57º C. Also included is a unique ReddyMix 2x Master Mix containing: a buffer co-optimized for both the RT and PCR steps, Magnesium Chloride, Thermoprime Plus DNA Polymerase, dNTPs, thermostabilizer, and loading dye that allows samples to be loaded directly onto gels, saving even more time.
