0.2µm Acrodisc® Syringe Filters for UHPLC Sample Prep
Pall's new 0.2 µm Acrodisc® syringe filters are designed to protect the unique packing found in UHPLC columns. Using Pall filters prior to sample analysis prevents column plugging and extends column life. Pall incorporates membranes best suited for UHPLC applications to ensure limited extractables that can produce unexpected peaks. The materials used also reduce binding of API to assure accurate results.
Acrodisc syringe filters are available in a range of membrane chemistries to provide the best fit for your sample. Membrane types for UHPLC sample prep currently include proprietary GHP (polypropylene), PVDF, Nylon, and PTFE membranes. Extractables are also reduced through use of a polypropylene housing. Pall's Acrodisc PSF syringe filters are the only syringe filters Automation Certified by Zymark and Sotax for smooth, consistent performance in their automated workstations.
