Enhancing Productivity Of CHO Cell Lines

In industrial cell cultivation Chinese Hamster Ovary (CHO)cells are the No. 1 work horse. However, each CHO clone may be different: Growing three clones grown under the same conditions one can get three different results in maximal cell density and productivity. So, enhancing productivity of CHO cell lines needs not only choosing the right cultivation parameter but also picking the right sub-clone.
